✿ terms of service ✿
i. payment
Commission slots are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Client will receive an invoice / price breakdown of their commission once a fill-up form is sent.
The artist will begin work upon receipt of a full or half payment.
The remaining balance must be paid before the delivery of the completed commission (original and high-resolution copy) to their email.
Rush orders may be subject to additional fees. Please contact me directly to discuss rush order availability and pricing.
Installments do not apply to single-order chibi commissions.
Accepted currencies: USD and PHP.
Ii. usage
The commissioned art is for personal use only. It can be used for: Wallpapers, icons, art collections, non-profit printing, personal social media profiles, personal streaming channels, personal enjoyment and sharing with friends and family, art gifts, etc. For clarification, please contact me directly.
The artist retains all rights to the produced artwork and may use it for promotional purposes or display it as desired.
Clients must inform the artist if posting work-in-progress (WIP) images of their commission is not acceptable. Otherwise, the artist reserves the right to post WIP images on their social media or website for promotional purposes.
Iii. process
Work-in-progress (WIP) or sketches will be sent to the client through their preferred communication channel (e.g., Twitter DM, Gmail).
Clients can request revisions during the sketch and check-in stages.
A maximum of 3 revisions is allowed; additional revisions may incur a fee.
The completion time of the commission usually takes a week to a couple of weeks, depending on various factors such as health, order queue, complexity, and personal commitments.
The client will be notified of any significant delays, and a commission queue will be provided for order status updates
Commissions requested with a deadline of less than one week will incur a rush fee. Conversely, significant delays on commissions (ranging from 4 weeks to several months) will include additional artwork as compensation.
iv. commercial usage
Commercial usage of the commissioned artwork requires a separate agreement and may involve additional fees.
Commercial usage includes but is not limited to branding, advertising, merchandise, or any profit-generating activities.
